Delivery Policy
We deliver fresh milk daily across our service areas (Dighi, Bhosari, Kalewadi, etc.).
Milk is delivered chilled, sealed, and handled under cold-chain procedures.
If there’s a delay due to weather or unavoidable reasons, we will notify you in advance.
Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the perishable nature of milk, refunds or replacements are offered only if there’s a verified issue — for example, leakage or quality concern on delivery.
Please contact our support team within a set time window (say, within 12 hours of delivery) for us to resolve it.
Terms of Use
By using our website or app, you agree to use them lawfully and honestly. Content such as text, images, and logos belongs to Frisii. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Frisii may update these policies as regulations evolve or our business grows.
Labelling & packaging standards
Where we use any processed or packaged products (e.g. milk in bottles, ghee, etc.), we ensure labelling meets India’s regulations:
- Batch/batch number
- Date of manufacturing & best-before / expiry info
- FSSAI license number and address of business
- Any nutritional info if required
